reason:
1) The feed is too low for the selected geometry.
The solution: progressive feed.
2) The cutting depth of the selected groove shape is too shallow.
Solution: Choose an insert geometry with stronger chip breaking ability. Increase coolant flow.
3) The tool nose radius is too large.
Solution: Increase the depth of cut or choose a geometry with better chip breaking capabilities.
4) Improper entering angle.
